Underground utilities report
All developments, designs and excavations require knowledge of underground utilities infrastructure. The Utility report service is designed to specifically research and collate the utility and services information for your development projects. Originally demanded by engineering companies' requests for information as part of due diligence, feasibility studies and 'before you dig' checks, many solicitors, environmental consultants and developers can also benefit from this research process.
For each report utilities and services providers are contacted on, under, above and around your site for information on their apparatus location. These are then compiled, checked and forwarded with data and maps to you via the post in a Utility Report.
The utilities report is currently only available for purchase offline. To order, please call the support line on 0845 521 1410 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . Please state if you require the report urgently when ordering.
